Mr. Food's Countryside Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30ml
2 lbs 908g / 32ozChicken thighs - or
  Drumsticks - (8 pcs)
1   Onion - chopped (about 1 (medium)
1   (28oz)
  Chopped
2 tablespoons 30mlTomato paste
1 tablespoon 15mlDried parsley - (flakes)
2 teaspoons 10mlGarlic powder
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlCrushed red pepper
2   White beans - (cannellini)
  Drained
  Tomatoes - (whole)

Recipe Instructions

Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Brown the chicken for 10 minutes on each side. Add the onion and saute for about 2 minutes; drain excess liquid. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add to the chicken. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
