1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Sesame seeds |
4 | Garlic - minced | |
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves cut in 1/2" chunks |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Vegetable oil |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | White vinegar |
1 | Napa cabbage - in bite-size pieces | |
1 | Mandarin oranges |
In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over Medium heat. Saute sesame seeds and garlic 2-3 minutes, or until sesame seeds are golden. Add chicken, vegetable oil, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Meanwhile, place cabbage, snow peas and mandarin oranges in a large bowl or on a serving platter. Top with the chicken mixture and toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
