Middle-Eastern Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Oil |
| 2 | Lemons - juiced | |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Garlic powder |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Saffron |
| 2 1/2 lbs | 1135g / 40oz | Chicken - cut-up |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Nutmeg |
| 1 | Green olives - (7 oz) | |
| 4 cups | 948ml | White wine |
| 1 | Onion - diced |
Use blender to combine oil, lemon juice, garlic and saffron.
Rub this mixture on chicken pieces. Place remaining ingredients in pan with chicken. Simmer covered 20-30 minutes.
Serve with LEMON RICE.
