Marinated Ginger Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Frying chicken - (2 1/2 to 3) | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Grated ginger root or |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Ground ginger |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion salt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Imported soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
NOTE: When making this recipe, it tastes much better if you find sources
Cut chicken in to serving parts if not already in that form.
Place chicken in shallow baking dish. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Cover, refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Refrigerate leftovers
