Marinade | ||
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Brown sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cider vinegar |
3 | Garlic - minced | |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Coarse grain mustard |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lemon juice |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Lime juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Marinate overnight.
Grill 6 minutes per side. Chicken is done when internal temperature reaches 160F.
