Bacon-Avocado Spread Recipe - Cooking Index
3 oz | 85g | Ripe avocadoes - mashed fine (medium) |
4 slices | Bacon - fried crisp and crumbled | |
3 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
Mayonnaise - to taste | ||
Freshly ground black pepper - to taste |
In a bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill. Serve with thin French bread slices, cocktail rye or crackers.
