Luncheon Turkey Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Plain yogurt |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Low calorie mayonnaise |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Curry powder - up to 1/2 |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Diced turkey breast |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Grated carrot |
| 1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Diced celery |
| 10 | Seedless grapes - halved |
Combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.
NOTES : Can easily be made for 2 or more.
