Lime-Marinated Turkey Tenderloins Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Nonfat plain yogurt |
1 1/4 oz | 35g | Old el paso 40% less sodium taco seasoning mix |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lime juice |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Turkey tenderloins |
In small bowl, combine yogurt, taco seasoning mix and lime juice; mix well. Place turkey tenderloins in glass baking dish; pour yogurt mixture over top to completely cover. Cover dish with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight to marinate.
Heat oven to 450 F. Line shallow baking pan with foil. Remove turkey from marinade and place on foil-lined pan. Discard marinade.
Bake at 450 F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until turkey is fork-tender and juices run clear. Cut into slices to serve.
