Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 packets | Cream cheese - softened | |
| 1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Grated sharp cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions |
| 6 slices | Bacon - cooked and crumbled | |
| 1 | Garlic clove - minced | |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Pimiento - minced |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Minced fresh parsley |
Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Form into a ball; cover with plastic film.
Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
