1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Bacon |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped green onions and tops |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Hellmann's or best foods(r) mayonnaise |
24 slices | Party pumpernickel toast |
Fry bacon until very crisp. Strain and crumble. Combine bacon, onions and mayonnaise; blend. Spread on toast and place in a 350F oven to heat through. Serve immediately. This is a real crowd pleaser!
