Lemon Herb Marinated Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Canola oils |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Rosemary or tarragon - crushed |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless - skinless chicken |

In cup mix first 5 ingredients; pour over chicken.
Cover; let stand at room temperature no longer than 30 minutes, turning once.
Broil 10 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, turning once.
