Lemon Chicken Nuggets Recipe - Cooking Index
Marinade | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Milk |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Paprika |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
4 halves chicken breast -- no skin, no bone, -- R-T-C 1 cup flour vegetable oil
Combine marinade ingredients. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces and marinate for 8 hours. Remove chicken from marinade, and dredge in flour.
Heat 1 1/2 inches of oil to 350F. Fry for one minute on each side until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve with honey or barbeque sauce.
*Serves about 8 to 10 as an appetizer/hors d'oevre, or 4 as a main dish.
