Cranberry-Orange Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | Stick cinnamon | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated orange rind |
4 | Whole cloves | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Orange juice |
4 cups | 372g / 13oz | Fresh cranberries |
Combine sugar, cloves, cinnamon, orange juice and water in a 4 quart pan. Bring to a boil, and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove the whole cloves, add cranberries, and return to a boil. Simmer another 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the cinnamon stick, add the orange rind. Cool, chill, and serve.
