1 | Frozen chopped - broccoli, thawed and (10 ounces) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Finely chopped onion |

1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt - dash of pepper |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Coarsely cut-up cooked - chicken |
1 | Sliced water - chestnut. (8 ounces) | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Milk |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Shredded mozzarella cheese - (4 ounces) |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Grated parmesan cheese - paprika |
Mix broccoli, onion, garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the pepper in round microwavable dish, 8 x l l/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; stir.
Layer chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli. Cover with waxed paper and microwave 3 minutes.
Mix sour cream, milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt; pour evenly over water chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) 3 to 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
