10 lbs 4540g / 160ozBaby back pork ribs - separated
  Salt to taste
  Cayenne pepper to taste
  Mustard Sauce
1 cup 237mlMustard-your choice
1/2 cup 118mlHoney
1 cup 237mlDry white wine - (opt)or stock

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 300F. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs, the place them in a large baking pan, and bake in oven until tender, about 1 hr. Drizzle with the mustard sauce.
