Cayenne pepper to taste | ||
Mustard Sauce | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Mustard-your choice |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1 cup | 237ml | Dry white wine - (opt)or stock |
Preheat oven to 300F. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the ribs, the place them in a large baking pan, and bake in oven until tender, about 1 hr. Drizzle with the mustard sauce.
