Kentucky Turkey And Bacon Brochettes

Recipe Ingredients

2   Skinless - boneless turkey
  Thighs
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
1   Kentucky marinade
8   Thinly sliced bacon
  Kentucky Marinade
1   Scallions
1/3 cup 78mlDijon mustard
1/4 cup 59mlKentucky bourbon whiskey
1/4 cup 40g / 1.4ozBrown sugar - (packed)
1/4 cup 59mlFlavorless cooking oil
1   Rinse turkey with cold water

Recipe Instructions

Marinade can be stored in a covered jar in refrigerator for 3 days.
