1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Pepper | |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Baking soda |
1 | Egg | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
Season and stew or steam chicken. Dry chicken pieces. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and baking powder together. Beat egg and add milk. Combine liquid and dry ingredients. Dip each piece of chicken into batter and fry until brown.
