1 | Evaporated milk (large) | |
1 | Green pepper - finely chopped | |
1 | Onion - finely chopped | |
4 | Jalapeno - (remove seeds), (small) finely chopped | |
1 | Pimiento - finely chopped | |
1 | Tostada chips crushed somewhat | |
6 | Cooked chicken breast halves - cut up | |
2 cups | 292g / 10oz | Cheddar cheese - grated |
Mix soup and milk in a bowl. In another bowl, mix together the green pepper, onion, jalapenos and pimento. In a 9x13-inch pan, layer the chips, chicken, vegetables, soup mixture and cheese. Make 2 layers of each. Heat in 350 oven until bubbly. Serves 8-10.
