1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Italian cheese |
2 | Eggs - well beaten | |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Italian bread crumbs |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |

Combine bread crumbs and cheese in 1 bow. Combine eggs and olive oil in another bowl. Dip chicken pcs. in egg mixture, lift quickly to coat with crumb and cheese mixture. Arrange chicken in lightly greased pan and dot each pc. with butter.
Bake at 375F., for about. 1 hr., or until tests done.
