Individual Chili Pots - Weight Watchers Favorite

Recipe Ingredients

12 oz 340gBeef - ground, lean, broiled
  Or
12 oz 340gTurkey - ground, cooked
4 cups 250g / 8.8ozTomatoes - plum Italian
  Reserve liquid) - seeded and chopped
1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7ozBell pepper - green, chopped
1 cup 62g / 2.2ozOnions - chopped
1 cup 110g / 3.9ozCelery - chopped
6 oz 170gBeans - kidney red
  Cooked and drained
1   Garlic clove - minced
1 teaspoon 5mlOregano - dried
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlChili powder
3 cups 480g / 16ozRice - long grain, cooked
2 1/4 oz 63gCheese - cheddar, shredded
18   Olives - black, large
  Pitted

Recipe Instructions

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except rice, cheese, and olives. Cover and simmer over low heat 25 minutes. Stir in rice; heat through. Divide chili among 6 individual serving dishes; top each with equal amounts of cheese and sliced olives.
