Impossible Chicken Taco Pie

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups	125g / 4.4oz	Cut-up cooked chicken
1/2 cup	31g / 1.1oz	Chopped onion
2 tablespoons	30ml	Taco seasoning mix - (half
1		)
1 cup	237ml	Milk
1 cup	110g / 3.9oz	Bisquick baking mix
2		Eggs
1 cup	146g / 5.1oz	Shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Instructions

Heat oven to 400. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Mix chicken, onion and seasoning mix. Sprinkle in plate. Stir baking mix, milk and eggs with fork until blended. Pour into plate. Bake 30 to35 minutes Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer, or until cheese melts. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and sour cream if desired.
