10 oz | 284g | Frozen chopped broccoli |
8 oz | 227g | Cheddar cheese |
1 1/2 cups | 93g / 3.3oz | Cooked chicken |
2/3 cup | 41g / 1.4oz | Onion |
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Milk |
3 | Egg | |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Bisquick |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
Heat oven to 400. Grease pie plate, 10x1 1/2". Rinse broccoli in cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 1 1/3 c. of the cheese, the chicken and onion in pie plate. Beat milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper 15 seconds in blender on high speed, 1 min.
with wire whisk or hand beater or until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or just until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes FOR 1/2
RECIPE:
Use 1 qt square or round casserole. Decrease eggs to 2 and baking mix to 1/2 c. Divide remaining ingred.
