1 | Stick (1/4 lb.) butter | |
1 | Lg. Onion, diced | |
2 | Stalks celery, sliced | |
1 | Apple, peeled & diced | |
1/2 cup | 80g / 2.8oz | Raisins |
& | Pepper (to taste) |
Saute the onion, celery, and apple in the butter. Combine and moisten all ingredients with hot water (or chicken broth). Stuff 15 pound or smaller turkey, or bake in a buttered pan.
