Avocado Tomato Salsa Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Ripe avocados - peeled and, cubed (medium) | |
1 | Tomato - diced (large) | |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Minced onion |
1 | Lime - juice of | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper sauce |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Vegetable oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped fresh cilantro |
1/3 cup | 20g / 0.7oz | Finely chopped green onions |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced ginger |
Mix all ingredients together gently. Chill.
