1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Chicken - cut up |
1/2 | Lemon | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ginger - ground |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Peanut oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Honey |
1 | Salt - pinch |
Rub the chicken pieces with lemon. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the ginger and salt. Combine oil, honey, and the remaining ginger. Brush chicken with honey mixture. Roast in oven (350 deg) 1 1/2 to 2 hours, basting occasionally with the honey mixture.
