Honey-Soy Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Chicken breasts - skinned, boned, and | |
Marinade | ||
1/3 cup | 78ml | Honey |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry sherry |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Peeled - minced ginger root |
2 | Garlic - minced, up to 3 |
Place chicken in a non-metallic dish. Combine marinade ingredients and pour over chicken. Turn to coat. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour, turning once, or refrigerate and marinate for several hours or overnight.
Prepare grill for medium-high heat. Grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes per side or just until done.
