Honey Spiced Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Chickens - 3-lb. Each | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter - melted |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Curry powder - optional |
Rinse chicken; pat dry. Combine honey, salt, butter, mustard and curry powder; mix well. Dip chicken pieces in sauce; place chicken pieces skin-side up, in roasting pan. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees, basting occasionally with remaining sauce. Serve over rice if desired.
