Honey Garlic Chicken Drumsticks Recipe - Cooking Index
4 lbs | 1816g / 64oz | Chicken legs - skinless |
3/4 cup | 120g / 4.2oz | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Cornstarch |
3/4 cup | 177ml | Water |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Honey |
2 | Garlic - finely minced |
Place skinless chicken legs in a roasting pan and bake covered for 60 mins. at 375 degrees. Drain all juices and save for another purpose. While legs are cooking make the sauce.
Combine sugar with cornstarch. Add water, honey and minced garlic in a saucepan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
When chicken legs are cooked place in a heat proof casserole. Pour sauce over and serve immediately or keep warm in a low oven.
