Hoisin Sauce Chicken

Recipe Ingredients

1/4 cup	59ml	Soy sauce
1/4 cup	59ml	Sherry or marsala
2		Green onions - minced
2/3 cup	157ml	Hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Chinese chili paste
		Garlic - optional
		Chicken - cut in 8ths

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven 400F. Mix all ingredients, add chicken. line 13x9 pan with foil. Add the chicken pour sauce over. Bake until done.
