Herbed-Onion Turkey Burgers Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Ground turkey |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Mayonnaise |
1 | Dry onion soup mix - (1 oz) | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh thyme |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Minced fresh rosemary |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
8 | Hamburger buns | |
Toppings | ||
Honey mustard | ||
Mayonnaise | ||
Lettuce | ||
Sliced tomato |
Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into 8 patties. Grill over medium-high heat (350F to 400F) 5 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
If you don't have fresh thyme and rosemary, substitute dried and use half the amount.
