Oyster Dressing Recipe - Cooking Index
Serving Size : Makes about 8 cups dressing.

1 | Lg. Med-onion, chopped | |
1 1/2 cups | 165g / 5.8oz | Chopped celery |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Poultry seasoning |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |

2 | Eggs, beaten | |
2 | Cans oysters |
Saute celery and onion in butter. Toss with bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, sage, salt and pepper. add the oysters and beaten eggs. Bake in a greased covered baking dish at 325 degeres for 45 to 60 minutes. For drier dressing, uncover for the last 15 minutes.
