3/4 cup | 177ml | Orange juice |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour - mixed with |
Seasoned salt - to taste | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1 cup | 237ml | Hazelnuts - cracked |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cinnamon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt - or to taste |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Mandarin oranges |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Pineapple chunks - drained |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground cloves |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sherry |
1 cup | 237ml | Sliced mushrooms |
Soak the raisins in orange juice for at least one hour. Dust the chicken pieces in a seasoned salt and flour mixture, then saute in olive oil in heavy frying pan until brown. Place the chicken in a baking pan with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, basting frequently with juices.
