Avocado Crab Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 | Ripe avocados (medium) | |
| 1 | Lemon - juice of | |
| 1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh or frozen crabmeat | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chili sauce | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sour cream | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped scallion | 
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Capers | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
| Freshly ground black pepper - to taste | ||
| Tortilla chips | 
Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocado-crab mixture. Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
