Avocado Crab Dip

Recipe Ingredients

2   Ripe avocados (medium)
1   Lemon - juice of
1 lb 454g / 16ozFresh or frozen crabmeat
2 tablespoons 30mlChili sauce
2 tablespoons 30mlMayonnaise
2 tablespoons 30mlSour cream
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped scallion
1 tablespoon 15mlCapers
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlSalt
  Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
  Tortilla chips

Recipe Instructions

Mash avocado with lemon. Add crabmeat and mix gently. In a separate bowl, combine next 6 ingredients and mix well. Fold in avocado-crab mixture. Chill before serving with tortilla chips.
