Grilled Sesame Chicken Breasts Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Unsweetened white grape - juice |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Reduced-sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry white wine |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sesame seeds |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground ginger |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Boneless chicken breast - halves, skinned |
Combine first 7 ingredients in a shallow dish and mix well. Add the chicken, turning to coat; marinate, covered, in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Prepare the grill.
Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade.
Grill 4 to 5 inches from medium-hot coals, turning and basting frequently with marinade, about 15 minutes total.
