Grape-Chicken Salad With Almonds

2 cups 474mlSeedless grapes
2 cups 125g / 4.4ozCooked chicken breast - cubed
2 cups 474mlThinly sliced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup 118mlChinese pea pods - diagonally sliced
3 tablespoons 45mlToasted slivered almonds
2 tablespoons 30mlChopped green onions
  Creamy Herb Dressing
1/4 cup 59mlLow fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup 59mlPlain low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDijon-style mustard
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried tarragon
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlDried thyme
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlGround pepper
1/8 teaspoon 0.6mlDried rosemary

Recipe Instructions

Combine grapes, chicken, peppers, pea pods, almonds and onions. Toss with Creamy Herb Dressing. Serves 6.

Creamy Herb Dressing: Combine mayonnaise and plain low fat yogurt with salt and mustard. Crushed or rub the dried herbs as they get added to the bowl. Mix well. Makes 1/2 cup.
