Cut the chicken into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan, fry onions until golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, chile powder and fry for some more time. Add chicken pieces, salt and cook 15 minutes. While it is cooking, add khus khus powder, garam masala, cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
Fry green chiles and gongura leaves in a separate pan and make a thick paste in a blender. Add this paste to the chicken pieces and cook for another 10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
