Ginger-Yogurt Marinade For Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Yogurt | 
| 1 | Fresh ginger - peeled and chopped f | |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garam masala | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Turmeric - salt and pepper to t | 
| 4 | Chicken breasts - skinned | |
| Boned | 
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Place chicken and marinade in an airtight container and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
