Asparagus Almondine Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 23g / 0.8oz | Finely chopped almonds |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Tarragon vinegar |
20 oz | 568g | Frozen asparagus spears - cooked and drained |
In a small, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, place almonds and butter. Heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 1 1/2 minutes or until nuts are lightly browned. Stir in vinegar. Pour sauce over hot or cooled asparagus.
