1 dash Carbonated water
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 dash Bitters
1 Pineapple stick
Serving Suggestion
Mix sugar, bitters, and 1 teaspoon water in an old-fashioned glass. Add tequila, ice cubes, and carbonated water. Add the stick of pineapple and serve.
