1 1/2 ounces Scotch
Juice of 1/2 lime
Carbonated water
Rind of lime

Serving Suggestion

Pour scotch and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the rind of lime and serve.
