Ingredients
2 ounces Gin
1 ounce Lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Blue curacao
1 teaspoon Superfine sugar
1 whole Egg
3 ounces Club soda
Serving Suggestion
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, curacao, sugar, and egg. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir well.
