1 ounce Gin
1 whole Egg
Salt -- to taste
Freshly-ground black Pepper -- to taste

Serving Suggestion

Open egg without breaking the yolk and put into a red wine glass. Pour gin on top of egg, add salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
