1 ounce Peach brandy
2 ounces Orange juice
4 ounces Chilled champagne
1 slice Peach
Serving Suggestion
Shake brandy and orange juice with ice and strain into a collins glass over several ice cubes. Top with chilled champagne, add the peach slice, and serve.
