Ingredients

2 ounces Apricot brandy
3/4 ounce Yellow chartreuse
1 Egg yolk -- unbroken

Serving Suggestion

Stir brandy and chartreuse with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Float unbroken egg yolk on top and serve.
