Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces Gin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tablespoon Sugar
1 Egg yolk
Carbonated water

Serving Suggestion

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass. Fill with carbonated water and serve.
