Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces Applejack
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Egg white

Serving Suggestion

Blend all ingredients with 1 cup crushed ice in an electric blender at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into an old-fashioned glass and serve.
