Ingredients

2 1/2 ounces Gin or vodka
1 1/2 teaspoons Fino sherry
1 Lemon twist

Serving Suggestion

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin or vodka and the sherry. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with the lemon twist.
