Ingredients
1 ounce Light rum
5 tablespoons Vanilla ice cream
1/4 ounce Whipped cream
Shredded coconut
Serving Suggestion
Combine all ingredients (except coconut) in an electric blender and blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a chilled champagne flute, garnish with shredded coconut, and serve.
