Ingredients
2 ounces Brandy
1/2 teaspoon Powdered sugar
1 teaspoon Water
Carbonated water
1 tablespoon Port
Nutmeg -- to taste
Serving Suggestion
Dissolve powdered sugar in 1 teaspoon water. Add brandy and pour into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Float port on top, sprinkle lightly with nutmeg, and serve.
