Ingredients
2 1/2 ounces Brandy
1 ounce Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Superfine sugar
4 ounces Club soda
Serving Suggestion
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the brandy, lemon juice, and sugar. Shake well. Strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add the club soda. Stir well.
